Phantom throttle

I have ran into a bug where the throttle has a mind of its own... being unresponsive at times(stuck to zero) and trying to set itself to zero. It started to happen randomly mid-career, I have no idea what's causing it, besides that it's most likely a mod (a lot of suspects to choose from).

I'm running KSP with the following mods(everything has been updated/patched to the latest release)
