Messed Up Orbit after SOI Change

Problem: Orbit Changes after SOI Change from Kerbin to Kerbol. Messing up my Transfer.

What happens exactly:

PreStart i quicksaved. When starting and reaching Orbit and going for the Interplanetary Burn, everything is fine. Until i reach SOI Border from Kerbin. Once i cross it, my Orbit is ruined. When i quickloaded and redid the steps it happened again. I am not warping when crossing the SOI border. Even when watching from Space Center Screen, the Problem happens.

When more Information is required, i will try my best.

Erm you could try burning for a really short time (0.1 m/s)... It would mess up your orbit just a little bit but it might fix the problem.
