When I undock my lander from my space station and get exactly 350 m away, my space station bends and breaks apart. I tried shooting my lander out and then switching to the space station but when the lander gets 350 m away it breaks apart. I quick saved it when the lander was docked so I've tried everything to get it away. I really don't want to loose Jeb!

As Master Tao states, a quicksave would be handy. Also, if you can cause the problem and then upload the log, that might be useful.

Does the problem persist after you restart KSP?
