Is "Hack Gravity" gone?

I want to put this baby through some test runs before I go to the trouble of launching it legit. Can't find the good ol' hack gravity in the cheats menu anymore though. Was it removed?

It's still in the game but the option only appears in flight, you can't set it in the VAB/SPH.

Absolutely and Vader gets his own smaller version to move between the refueling station on Minmus and the Not A Moon:

The delta-v will be enough to travel almost anywhere in the Kerbol system I guess. The TWR is nothing to write home about again though.
