Navball functionality while in EVA mode.

I think this has been requested in the past. Nothing fancy like a mechjeb/KER overlay or the navhud mod. Just the ability to pull out ye olde navball when you are moving around in your EVA pack.

I imagine that its somewhat more difficult than it sounds, due to the fact that something like this doesn't exist yet. In any case, any and every feedback is vastly appreciated, cheers..C:
