No active Vessel when switching from Debris to Ship

Hi! I have been running into this bug a few times now. Simply look at this picture:

Nothing is there, no vehicle, everything is zero.

Installed Mods:

Everything seems to be fine until about Line 56600. Then, Kerbal Alarm Clock and Kerbal Engineer Redux seem to start logspamming with NullReferenceException's but I guess that's a symptom and not actually the cause.

Has anyone ever seen this?
