Is it possible to resupply a basic Rocket in Kerbal?

In my Kerbal career I finally managed to get a kerbal rocket into orbit.

However it is extremely low on fuel and I have a mission to get back to Kerbin.

Is it possible for me to resupply this rocket with fuel?

Welcome aboard!

Unfortunately, you won't be able to resupply the rocket with fuel unless you have researched docking ports or the claw to connect to another vessel. My advice would be to burn what fuel you have left while facing retrograde at Ap, it takes less fuel than one might expect to get Pe back in the atmosphere where drag will eventually do the rest.

If that doesn't work, I'd send another rocket with two pods up (leaving one pod empty) and rescue the stranded kerbal.

Legit ways:

1) If it has a docking port, you can dock a resupply vessel to it and transfer fuel.

2) You can grab it with another rocket with The Claw, and then transfer fuel.

You can cheat:  

1) Alt-F12 to open the debug menu and enable the infinite fuel cheat.

2) Open the save file and find the fuel tanks and fill them up.

If you have EVA capability you could always just get out and push. Every time you jump back inside the capsule your EVA fuel is refilled for free.
