Stock Aero Replicas - Tournament

I took a look at Top Gun. And I saw the large number of ever-so-slightly unrealistic craft there.

So I'm creating a challenge thread for people who enjoy making realistic fighter planes in stock aero and would like to test them against someone else's AI.

Rules will be the same as the original Top Gun's thread, with a few variations.

  1. There is a modlist. BDA is obviously allowed, but no add-ons to it. B9 PWings is fine. Quiztech and BahamutoD's other mods are also acceptable, as is Stock Extensions and FantomWorks. All other mods that do not add parts are allowed. Do not abuse HyperEdit.
  2. Also, if you'd like to write MM patches for radar functionality in cockpits, that is fine as well.
  3. All fighter submissions must be somewhat similar to a jet fighter. Any jet fighter is fine, as long as you can provide a diagram or picture of what you are replicating. Use your own discretion.

I'll post pictures and brackets as soon as we get going.

I'd like to enter my Berkut (based on the Russian SU-47 production model NATO: Firkin), screenies and .craft file from 1.0.2 here, I'll update and rejigger the weaponry for 1.0.4 'cos I don't have 1.0.5 and getting 1.0.4 to work was fun to say the least as for some reason the only computer I've got now that'll run KSP in its current state only has 3GB RAM. I might also switch from Rapiers to turbojets.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
