Help Needed

Are you using the stock ModuleAnimateGeneric?

If so you don't need to worry about any plug-in or code and you'd probably get a better answer in the modelling sub-forum.

Especially as you talk about them breaking when importing to Unity, that has nothing to do with KSP or plug-ins for it. It is the import from your modelling program (Blender?) into Unity that is the issue.

(I can't actually help with your issue, I don't know modelling, only plug-ins.)
