Well I finally made it to duna without any mods or help

I have been playing this game since at least version .21 but i have always relied on mods as a crutch (especially hyperedit). I also never had any ambition to do it without mods but i decided to give it a try because i had nothing better to do today and it was pretty easy. Sadly i didn't have enough delta v to get back into orbit.

This happens to be on of my favorite pictures of kerbal space program with the sun and ike in the background.

I thought I was the only one! Been playing for a year but I've never actually gone to any planet (Thanks MechJeb!). But I'm making progress...

Good work, mate.  It took me a long time before I got to Duna and it really opened up the rest of the Kerbol system.  Great pic too.

Heh, this is exactly why I have banned myself from using the same experiment on the same body more than twice. If I want science, I must leave Kerbin SoI to get it! Grats on getting it rolling
