Hi I have an SSTO that cost between 420,000 and 4,500,000 depending on the model.  I can land the whole thing vertically on the kerbal space center but I only get back 98% of the cost of the vehicle.  I know this is how it works in the stock game but is there anyway to make it so that I recover 100% at the kerbal space center?  I would think it would make sense and losing up to 80,000 on a space craft I land within spitting distance of the runway or any of the buildings is fairly annoying to me.
