Engine particle showed in the VAB and spaceplane angar

Hi, I have a problen in the Vab and the Spaceplanes angar.

When I put engine or rcs thruster on a ship the engine show his particle:one like the normal particle position when flying and a second one 90° degrees rotated.

I use ksp 1.0.5

i had same problem in ksp 1.1.2 remove tweak skale

But I have a question... there is a mod to sostitute tweakScale?
