comprehensive mod list

Howdy, back in the day, i used to to pick out mods from this one big list with almost every mod available. It was split in sections like, "parts", "gameplay", "life support", and so forth. Every mod had a link to its forum page, a brief description, and the version of kerbal on which it worked. It wasn't a "my favorite mod list" thingie, it was merely a compilation of, like i said before, almost every mod out there. 

Can't seem to find it, though. Does anyone know if it still out there?
