Please help me understand why this isn't working

For the life of me i don't know why this tiny little spaceplane/booster/shuttle  wont launch properly. I've tried everything and searched for the answer on how to build a little shuttle properly but most the tutorials are all about a Space Shuttle Replica. I basically know what i'm supposed to do to even it out but when i do it it fixes nothing it just always starts flipping around right off the pad. Please help me.  

Edit: Let me rephrase that. I THOUGHT i knew how to build it but apparently I don't.

That thrust direction doesn't look like pointing to CoM to me. How much torque does your RCS build aid show?

You have way too much pre-built gimbal, your boosters appear to be angled the wrong way, and I don't think the Reliant has the gimbal range to properly fly through its range. Try a single/pair of Thuds and cap the end of the shuttle with a nose cone of some kind.

thanks guys i was able to get it working. I was just really confused about what the guides where saying about the the thrust pointing towards the CoM.
