Just as the title says, I'm trying to provide extra deuterium and tritium to a fusion reactor, but I can only find cryostats. Is there any liquid to gas converters or something?

i think the cryostats has an auto convert for H2 and D2

Most storage tanks have an integrated resource converter for liquid <-> gas that can be adjusted with a slider.

Tritium must breed in (fission) reactors like the Molten Salt Reactor. Tritium also underlies radioactive decay.

Deuterium is located in Jools atmosphere. Otherwise Heavy Water can be electrolyzed to Deuterium and Oxygen.

There's a refrigerator part i think that will convert pretty much everything between liquid and gas. Took me a while to find it myself.
