Any geometry tools for the map view?

I am looking for some basic geometry tools for plotting maneuvers etc. just a simple ruler to mark a tangent and a protractor to measure some angles. Is there anything like that out there? 

 

I don't want a calculator or any other cheats or help just the ability to measure a few degrees on an orbit, that kind of thing.
