I believe there is a bug in KSPIE/WarpPlugin introduced by changes to CryoTanksFuelTankSwitcher.cfg in v1.25.2 and partially fixed in v1.25.4 that is affecting the CryoEngines / CryoTanks mod.
Symptoms
