That is not true, someone has to give you money and that someone is making decision about what is allowed and what is not allowed (even if it is legal).

Unless you have them in obscene amounts already. (in which case you just pay someone.)

 

Seriously, how do you think most un"law"ful stuff happens if not for the money ?
