well mod manger should be 3.0.6 I would start there and then

I would validate all mods to be updated for 1.41 as well. many of what you have, have been updated recently

You are still running 1.3.0 while a lot of your mods are for 1.3.1 and newer versions.

Using 1.3 for all mods except for 2, yet they work fine

It should be good it's for 1.3.0, as my game is
