No need for rcs radiationprotection and so on. It is just a backup if integrity of capsule is broken. Some cooling system and a bottle of air is all it needs.

I thought we were talking about eva suits. My mistake.

Anyway, the expansion of the suit should be controlled. Flying in a balloon is hard, trying to be in one in an emergency situation is even harder.

No RCS or safety ropes and yes it's a diving suit with more cevlar added

For those in the United States, that launch time is (aiming for) 8 PM EDT tonight, 11 PM PDT.  I might try to watch it, if I remember and can stay awake (I was up at 4:00 AM this morning, so even 8 PM is on the late side for me).
