USI Kolinization Mod Where is the OKS part of the mod?

So I got to a point in my career game that I wanted to create an orbital kolony around Kerbin for testing purposes but the OKS part of the mod seems to be missing. I am unable to find any information about whether it's no longer part of the mod I manually download the USI Kolinization mod from here https://umbraspaceindustries.github.io/UmbraSpaceIndustries/ It states MKS/OKS. So basically I am asking was the OKS part of the mod discontinued or is there something wrong on my end?

OKS is no longer a thing.  It is all one mod.  The parts (especially the larger tundra parts) work both orbital and landed.

Some of the USI parts (for whatever reason) can't be found in the basic categories, but they're in the advanced ones.
