Problems with key bindings

When I started playing KSP, I started to have a problem with the keys: I constantly have to hold Ctrl just to activate AGs or switch vessels, if not I can't

So can anyone explain me about this? (Or at least tell me how to fix it?)

Do you have a strange laptop or other keyboard that shares digits, "[" and "]" with other characters/symbols?
Lots of those keyboards use separate FN (function) and FN-LOCK options.
Action groups should be simple 0 - 9 so what happens normally when you press those keys, in Notepad or similar, for instance?

Please look over our bug and support guide post, 

and add some extra details, as is suggested above knowing more about your system can help, especially all info about your keyboard, for example are you using one which has the ability to customise keys or comes with a uncommon set up, also are you using any mods? If so the first step is to see if it happens on a blank new instillation with no mods at all.

No I don’t have anything unusual, I use a standard Windows keyboard (like a normal guy), when I press those AG 0-9 keys in KSP, nothing happens, in literally everything else it’s normal (including AGs from other games)
