Mod for repositioning parts on ship during EVA ?

Hi all,

I've started playing KSP a few weeks ago. Meanwhile I've seen a lot of tutorials, mainly on YouTube. In some of these tutorials I see people moving parts from one place on the ship to another during an EVA. Since seeing that I've been looking at how to do that, but have not found anything. Guessing this is a mod, I can't seem to find which mod allows me to do this.

Anyone who can help me with this ?

it was indeed KIS & KAS that I was looking for. I've been playing around with it today, but I still have a lot to learn about orbital assembly ...
