For some reason the blacksmith and clockworks templates (the OSE workshop ones) from WBI do not show up in any parts. The files are present, but the templates do not show up, even in sandbox. I have OSE workshop, all the WBI mods, KIS 1.16, and essentially every other mod that exists. The other templates all work correctly. I will try to test with a mostly clean install tonight.
