Got this contract called Test RT-5 "Flea" Solid Fuel Booster at the Launch site and the test conditions only say Kerbin and Launch Site both have green check marks. Activate Engine activates the engine and Run Test activates the engine. Also the controls are wack please add mouse and keyboard support. Might just refund the game and keep playing my basic 2D spaceflight simulator that actually works. Oh yeah and my question was how do i test my engine correctly or another question would be what is wrong with this game it was supposed to be good

Many have reported these issues. Still not sure if it's us or the game...

One suggestion, by another user, was that perhaps recent changes to parts may be the problem. Perhaps the 'flea' isn't recognized any longer, because they've updated it in recent builds. It seems to be happening to the Hammer too. Possibly all the solid fuel rockets? Perhaps, and most likely of all, I don't know what I'm talking about!

I've encountered this bug as well. The temporary fix to this problem is to just use the old parts, they are still in the game.
