Modded game crashing

I did a fresh install, and installed some mods without CKAN. Here are the logs https://ufile.io/nk4ffena

That's not a log. It's a dump file and noone can read those.

That is only the error log. The only information I can draw from that is that your game is most likely crashing because at least one of your mods is incompatible. The output log usually has some information regarding which mod might be the most likely culprit.
