If you were to land on Duna, how much Delta V is needed to get back into a low Duna orbit?

Roughly 1450m/s dV but that would be the ideal case. 1600 - 1800 should be fine

The standard 1450m/s figure already has generous room for low TWR, bad aerodynamics, or both. No need to increase it further.
