The black sky looks like a scatterer issue to me, not sure about the black ground. My best guess would be an incompatibility between the versions of scatterer and the scatterer configs. Some of the config syntax changed during the 0.05 update and the black sky is one of the issues which will appear, when you try to run an old config with the latest version of scatterer. You can try to run scatterer 0.0336 or remove scatterer at all, at least for testing purposes.

If the issue persists, please provide a log file
