KAL-1000 "let (thing) control clock"

This is a stupidly simple suggestion that could greatly improve the KAL-1000. Make it so it can set its own clock based on some variable like main throttle or the current position of a hinge.

And a lot simpler than other methods we have of doing that like burning one KAL off with reentry effects to unfreeze another's position.
