Alt+B to lock wheels break

Very simple idea, really, and easy to implement. Currently the only way to lock rover breaks is to press on UI button. "B"-key is only able to break when you hold. Making a combination Alt + B lock breaks seems like logical thing, as Alt is already used in different locking combinations
