Time Warp Glitch

I am having an issue with the orbit changing when I time warp. I am playing on the PC version of the game and have installed no mods. I found the exact same issue already reported, but I couldn't find a resolution.  The URL is  https://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/9677 

That shows the exact same thing that is happening to me - does anyone know if there has been a fix or resolution for this?

I'm having the same problem.  It also seems that when the game does that, any nearby craft move in a seemingly random direction almost as far as 3km.  I also found a more recent bug report from 1.3.1 that matches your description: https://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/16503

Right now I'm on version 1.9.1. Do you know if this was fixed and has come back? Or has it just never been fixed?

I'm on 1.9.1 most of the time as well.  I didn't see the bug during 1.3.1 - 1.6.1, but ever since 1.7 released it has reappeared several times, most of which were in 1.8.1.  I think it got fixed, but it came back.
