Low fps with scatterer

Hello :D

I Recently bought a new gaming rig (Ryzen 7 4800H, 32gb ram and RTX 2060) and ksp turn with only 20fps with scatterer installed, I don't understand why :/.

I think I tried everything but I just cannot run the game with 60fps in 1080p with scatterer
