Even though it would not look the same, the three horn RCS block basically would have the same thrust impact. Though that would be nice to have in game.

I don't think it would.

The 90° 4-way RCS is installed as on the LEM, at the 45° points.  A set of 4 gives 2 nozzles to thrust in each of the 4 lateral directions, side-to-side and up-and-down.  And 4 for thrusting in the longitudinal, back and forth.
