where are the ascending and descending node?

I've been at KSP for a few days now and I'm on a mission to launch satellites around kerbin and go to the moon. My problem is that the nodes of ascent and descent of the orbits do not appear to me and I cannot see at what angle they are so I cannot match them.

You have to make sure you set the mun as your target or else the ascending/descending nodes will not show up.  Welcome to the forums, too.
