control precision mode

Hi, pondering on the precision control mode, the thing you toggle with CAPS LOCK and makes the pitch/roll & yaw indicators go between blue and orange.

I can <i>read the current mode</i> easily enough with

myMode = FlightInputHandler.fetch.precisionMode;

however while

FlightInputHandler.fetch.precisionMode = myMode;

is accepted it doesn't appear to actually work, presumably this is set elsewhere.

Does anyone know where the ability to set this mode lives?
