Hello,

If you are trying to install manually, your downloaded files need to go in the game's "GameData" directory. However, if you are new to modding, I would recommend installing this via CKAN. RSS can be quite finicky to install given all the dependencies (especially when including RO), and it can be easy to mess up. CKAN will automatically install all of the dependencies for you.
