Using the KAL9000 for differential throttling on a flying wing

I've set up a KAL-9000 to differential-throttle the two engines on my B-2'esque drone, but I can't seem to find out how to tie the output of the controller to SAS. I can do so for the Yaw axis, though. Is it not supported to tie it to SAS?
