El presidente, los estados kerbalenses anuncia que se financia el proyecto satnet que intentara crear una red de satélites en todos los cuerpos celestes cercanos para allanar el camino de la exploración espacial"no haremos eso porque sea fácil sino porque es difícil y necesario" pronunciaba John, F Kerman en su discurso para ganar apoyo en esta misión de vital importancia.
