Your most impressive asparagus staging rocket engine arrangement

Cool, I've always used radial staging with fuel feeding inward, but never thought of dropping the outside off in pairs like that before

My largest (successful) rocket so far:

It delivers something like 220 tons into 100km orbit, and the second picture shows what it looks like then. It gets to Eve with fuel still in the tanks for the last mainsail engine.

The RCS tanks are for boosters on the top of the rocket to attempt to stabilize it. For some reason it gets really wobbly ~40km up, after I've dropped the outer sections. If anyone has any ideas of why I'd love to hear them, because the RCS units don't really help much. It gets better later, but it sometimes shakes apart before then.

I use MechJeb, both since I'm lazy, and since my framerate makes it impossible to steer.

Spiderweb that I made to use only atomic engines.

Was able to land on Minmus (using mechjeb to balance on the skinny engine) and then do a powered+parachute landing back on Kerbin
