Places to visit by plane?

So I wanna build an big plane and go visiting places on kerbin. Could you guys please send me screenshots with the places you suggest and their location on the map! Thank you!

There's an entirely separate space center somewhere in the mountains due west of KSC. Also, Crater Island has really good scenery (just land on the highest plateau, roll off the edge into the ocean to take off again.)

Just completed a trip to the northern ice cap. Visited something interesting crashed on the land next to the ice pack.

North or south Kerbin poles.

I plan to build a base in Kerbin's north poles (just for looks, refueling and fun) but landing near other components and approaching them seems like a problem.

Plus reaching these and going back to KSC is a huge feat because of the large time it takes in atmosphere and fuel.

Fly west over the desert until you reach the meteor crater.

Land on the island in the middle of the crater.
