eve mission?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I want to do an eve mission soon because it's the only planet I haven't been to. but I don't know what's the best of doing it.

I think I need to assemble a ship in orbit but is this really the most efficient way?

I also want to know what parts I should use in my lander, and how it should be staged (asparagus or something else). as I have said I would like to receive some ideas and suggestions and maybe a picture of an eve lander?

that would be really nice:)

PS: I only play completely stock

and sorry for my bad English

Assembling a ship in orbit is actually a great way to avoid a ridiculous looking ship on the launchpad that will probably crash your game lol. Also Eve's atmosphere is like tomato soup, great for landing, horrible for returns, so plan accordingly. I strongly recommend watching this vid (

) by Mr. Manley, its helpful and might help avoid some frustration.

Just to be clear, are you intending on just landing on Eve, or performing a return trip from Eve? It's a big difference. Anything that can land on the Mun can land on Eve - just put a parachute or two on it. Getting there isn't much more difficult than getting to Duna.

Anything designed to return from the surface however is going to be a big deal.
