I'm starting to lose interest in KSP... How do i regain interest?

Sometimes it's good to take time off from a game. Especially one as engaging as KSP. Burning yourself out on it will just make it take that much longer to get back into it again at a later date.

Yeah, I occasionally take a month or two off from KSP to avoid burnout, been playing Dwarf Fortress on this break. Not sure how long the ARM pack will keep me back, especially since one of my make-the-game-harder mods isn't updated for 0.23.5 and probably won't be.

Agreed. You shouldn't force yourself to play KSP, or you won't enjoy it, and it ruins the point of a game

Best way to rekindle your interest in KSP is to go play other games for a while.

There must be lots of other games you've been considering, but held off on since KSP was keeping you busy.

In 2 or 3 months when you've been through some of the other great games released lately you'll be ready for more space action and KSP will seem like a lot of fun again.

Try taking a break for a week and then mess around on it after to make it fun.

I recently installed the Raster Prop Monitors Mod and fly complete Missions in IVA only. Its a total different experience.

Take a break --- and try out the "Better Than Starting Manned" mod. That should give you challenges and a vastly different career gameplay. You'll have to work for getting results, which means they're more valuable.

Alternatively, try to run everything using KOS (i.e. programming and automating all your (probe)flights, from launch down to fully automatic landings ...).
