Caterpillar Tracks Speed Up

Does anyone know how to increase the speed of these caterpillar tracks? As far as I'm concerned, 2.6 m/s is not fast enough for my rover... :\

The only thing I think it could be is the 'torque curve' but I have no idea whether is should change it, and what to.

Yeah, I know, I found that thread, but it looked like not a lot has been happening there in a while, and all I want is just to increase their speed, so that's why I posted here....
