Where would I submit crash reports?

I have been having the same issue occur on my PC in which the game crashes either while loading or when trying to access a facility. I know all of my mods are compatible because I have them running on a different PC. Thanks for the help. :)

You don't. Post the log here, as well as a list of mods you are using (This should probably go in the modded installs support) and the members of the community will help you out, though the most likely culprit is you are running out of memory.
