Cant leave screens or quit to main menu, 2 mods

I have Mechjeb and just installed Navyfish Docking Alignment Indicator last night.

Whenever I try to leave a scene such as the VAB or Science Screen, nothing happens when I click on the red exit button. I cannot leave the game by quitting to the main menu because I cannot click on Leave to main menu. Everything else works just fine. This just started last night, after I installed DAI, but I can't imagine why.

Turns out it's a corrupted save. I removed DAI, still stuck.

Started a new career mode, all is well. Went back to my old career, no good.
