Missing EXL parts (i.e recylce bin) after adding in USI Kolonization systems

im trying to figure out why some of my parts disappeared after adding in USI kolonization systems mod. Ive noted that these parts files are still there in my game data file, exactly where they should be. Things ive noticed, no recycle bins, magnet thingy in the science section, and most of EXL's parts but some like the ortibal launch pad are still there. any help or direction is appreicated. i just have no idea other that starting over and re-adding all my mods again as a way to go about Diaging this.

MKS hides the default EPL parts because MKS has it's own "supply chain"

alright, but would there be a way to unhide them? jw. i understand they are somewhat the same parts, but i was planning on recycling some things among making use of certain other parts that are now hidden
