Won't Allow Load of Old Ship Designs

In vehicle assembly when I click on 'Load' nothing happens. The menu to load designs doesn't appear. All the other buttons work. I'm working on Windows 7.

You most likely have a corrupted craft file in your Saves\[saveName]\Ships\VAB folder. Pull them all out and test the button, then add them in one by one and test it again until you find the broken file.

Files broken in this way typically are unrecoverable.
