I confirm weird behaviour of the Orbital Dock module. Being placed vertically on Minmus surface, it jumps up when building a ship, usually explosively colliding with said ship in process. Mods: KAS, Kethane, Kerbal joint reinforcement, Infernal robotics and a bunch of lesser ones.
