If you plan to place your centrifuge in the middle of a station or craft you can use a powered washer on both sides of the rotating hub. Just be sure to invert the motor on one of the washers in the VAB. If you don't, the motors will fight each other and nothing will move.

The Nautilus-X might be a good source of inspiration for an inline command pod. The side mounted cockpit offer great visibility and even has a small cupola for even better vis. I'm definitely excited to see what you come up with.

I can't wait to add them to my game A while back you had mentioned that you and Sirkut were working on a 2-piece centrifuge-esque part that allowed surface attachment. I love that part because it would allow you to add a rotating hab to a craft without having two parts of a craft slowly rotating out of alignment with eachother. I know it had been delayed with all the hard work on the remodel project. Would it be possible to get our hands on it for some early experimentation? I appreciate all the work you guys are putting into this project. It's all looking truly amazing!

I'm very interested in these parts and would love to test it. Is it at all possible to get my hands on this, even if unfinished?
