  1. Latest one from me, trying to make an aircraft as light as possible and as compact as possible with just stock parts.
  2. G'day all, This time after some boredom I decided trying to build a podracer style thing, the results weren't exactly unexpected.
  3. G'day all, I thought I'd share some videos that I have made using Kerbal Space Program in the past as well as one that I have just uploaded. This is the latest one, where I was messing around with the stock aerodynamics to build some unusual looking machines capable of some rather incredible feats of aviation; This one didn't really have any particular theme to it, I was recording on making a landing video yet the ragdoll slide all the way down a crater was in my opinion quite hilarious so I decided to upload it as is. Jeb really does love sliding on Mun! This last one is just silly, a random stack collapse on an earlier rocket design of mine, just look at that debris cloud! Enjoy. Let me know what you think and what areas I could improve on. I'm still fairly new to creating actual videos.
  4. Runways would indeed by nice to have, though some indication as to their location in the map view might also be helpful for those of us to directly locate where they are. Some of these sites could potentially be developed into alternative launch sites to KSC (eg a Polar station) where one could try their hand at non-equatorial operations from launch.
  5. This would indeed be an interesting feature to have. I have not yet had any success in getting my (admittedly old) joystick to work with KSP so I have had to sate myself with using the keyboard to fly the maneuvers. I mostly see the mouse flying ability as being something you could toggle (like in FSX with Ctrl+Y) as I would really only use it one already in the air when fine maneuvers are needed. For take off I prefer the strong response of the keyboard.
  6. Whilst I disagree that boats should be a part of KSP, I would like to see the ability to at least have some parts that you could attach to a capsule or rover to allow it to float upon the surface. This for example could be used to mirror the return of the Apollo capsule or as others have said landing a probe on Laythe. I don't see this as being a core game mechanic that needs to be in the game, it would be a nice bonus to have. On another note lighter-than-air balloons for use on planets like Jool for atmospheric data collection might be interesting, though I do not know how that could be done.
  7. Hey all, I've had Kerbal Space Program for a while now but thought that I should finally make an account here as I've made some videos, craft and screenshots that I would like to share of my designs. I'm not too sure just how active I will be as I've never really been one to be active on forums constantly but we shall see. Hopefully some of you guys will like what I do.
